This is the First release and definetly not the last. There will be updates to make the program easier to change settings for different years.
-Progam was created by Visual Studio C++ 2008 Express Edition.
-Extract all the files to a directory, open with visual studio to edit.
The exe file comes with only the exe file and its necessary add ons. To better understand how to install and run it, please see the
